Communication Error

Potroast has been incommunicado and we’re sorry!

Today 74 emails appeared in our inbox which we’d never seen before. We’re working our way through them to send replies as quick as we can. However, if you have been in contact with us, and you don’t hear from us by the end of Monday 13th Oct, please drop us a note here, or on facebook.

Please note that subscriptions are not currently available.

But we do still have copies of issue #13, Science and the Erotic, guest designed by Lucy Meyle, available for purchase. They’re only $5.

Once again, sorry you haven’t heard from us.

Watch this space for announcements about issue #14.

Potroast @ Zinefest

We had a great time at Auckland Zinefest this year!

We had a half table just for Potroast, and another stall next to us for all kinds of zines by people involved with Potroast in some way or another, including a couple of zines made by Richard’s high school students.

We also launched The Eyes, the Hands and the Sea at Zinefest, to a very receptive crowd!

The Eyes, the Hands and the Sea is a collection of three booklets of narrative illustrations by Elijah Lamont, Marc Conaco & Nicola Bradythe eyes the hands and the sea

This collection was awarded Highly Commended at the Best of the Fest Awards.

Submissions for Issue #11 are now closed

Good Job! We’ve received oodles of awesomeness.

We’ll be a bit quiet now for a few days while we work through all of the submissions  received. It’s going to be a hard job deciding which to include!

If you submitted something, you can expect to hear from us around mid April with an official response to your submission.

Thanks for submitting your work, thanks for supporting Potroast!
